Totally easy
Very frustrating that everytime I login, I have to enter a securpass code. Also, frustrating that the code will not go to the secondary # and still goes to primary. I have several accts I check on barclay (ex. Mine and my husbands) and having to do this all the time is very frustrating. I do not like this new update. I get a securpass code once but eveytime is very annoying especially if you have more than one acct yoy check.
Great APP
Two functions are missing that should be added. Biometrics for login and push notification option for single transaction alerts
No more face/biometrics unlock. They used to have the biometric login and now a code is requested when logging in every time. There should be a way to disable the 2FA and rely on biometrics login.
app keeps closing out in middle of use. they need to improve it.
Doesn't work
We hold a grudge for turning down a 700+ becon for a Frontier promoted card. Your credit line guidelines also seem too conservative imo. Now you direct us elsewhere to continue our frustration. What are you thinking Barclay's? How about you lift a finger.
This new verification every time you log in its a nightmare. I will be deleting this because i want to check things multiple times a day as a business owner with employee credit cards. It's not helpful at all.
Not happy. I never receive notifications anymore when a transaction is made. It stopped working.
